On behalf of the Mail Systems Management Association welcome to our National website. This year will bring many new and exciting challenges to our industry and the world around us.  It is critical that we understand how to adjust what we do everyday, so that we can make the best decisions for our companies; clients and ourselves.

M S M A chapters meet around the country regularly to provide educational opportunities for m ailers and s uppliers regarding vital information necessary to make sound business decisions.  We support a calendar of events that feature local luncheons and seminars relating to the above items and more. Specific topical meetings will also focus on the USPS rate increase; the highlights of Postal Reform and many other forums of interest.   Educational webinars are offered as well as focused training for preparation to take the Certified Mail and Distribution and Systems Manager, the Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Supplier or the Mail Design Consultant exams.

We highly recommend MAILCOM as a national education and Conference event, availing you to a multi day educational program which will serve you for a lifetime. The goal is that you attain a wealth of information at these programs to apply to your own operations and your personal career development.

We, the members of MSMA are proud to serve and assist you on your professional journey.  Our MSMA organization is very fortunate to have so many mailing professionals willing to help out other mailers any way they can. Therefore, we hope you also take advantage of your membership to network with your fellow professionals.

This year marks the 27th year of the MSMA. Please take time to explore our w eb site; you will see the many benefits and accomplishments of the MSMA.  Should you have any questions; do not hesitate to contact us.

On behalf of the National Board, thank you for your interest in the Mail Systems Management Association and we look forward to serving the needs of the mailing and distribution community.
